This lake side residence features custom decorative lighting by Amiga Light and an art collection illuminated by recessed adjustable accent lights. A living / family room designed around an open kitchen this multigenerational family wanted a design that could be geared towards both parties and private use. Wall mounted sconces up light an expansive, two-story high, flat wooden ceiling while pinhole downlights focus on horizontal surfaces below.
Bedrooms have soft ambiance, bathrooms allow for flexible light levels, and the downstairs recreational room doubles as ping pong / game room plus movie night venue. A large staircase features artwork in clusters, rhythmically lit by adjustable accent lights with linear spread lenses. All fixtures are dimmable and controlled in scenes, able to be turned off by a master button by the bed or at the door.
