eleven50 Eastlake Core & Shell

Currently in construction - Shell & Core project

This new construction project in South Lake Union, is designed to host science and biotech clients.  It features an exterior “luminous forest” at the amenity level adjacent to I-5, allowing views through to the lake during the day and visual interest at night. The visual language of trunks and roots is mirrored at the entry and roof amenity level.
