This affordable housing project does a lot with just a little. From attractive surface mount decorative fixtures to careful placement at the most functional locations, the lighting feels terrific. Each fixture was meticulously selected considering cost, optical distribution, color temperature and color rendering, installation ease, controls compatibility (until dimming was eliminated), energy efficiency, and product longevity. Careful coordination with the architect and contractor was required throughout the design process and a robust value engineering effort.
