This eclectic Tenant Improvement within two building separated by an alley created a residential-feeling workspace for technology engineers, balancing a colorful “social” side with quiet “focus” neighborhoods.
The project features a glowing “search bar” rising six stories through the core of both buildings, a decorative tensioned chandelier threading through the communication staircases, and a plethora of carefully curated and customized decorative fixtures, supplemented by soft, tunable-white indirect light.
